Project Details

As part of my second Graphic Communications course, we were tasked with branding and creating packaging for a coffee brand inspired by a certain country, mine being the Netherlands. Gezellig, an untranslatable Dutch word for that feeling you get when you are comfortable around friends and family, is a Dutch-inspired THC coffee brand inspired by "coffee houses" in the Netherlands, that often serve THC products.

The second part of this project entailed creating an Investor Lookbook to promote the brand. I created an acrylic cover that was laser-cut in rings to incorporate the brand pattern and used tactile points of interest using mini-pages and mini flip pages to encourage readers to interact with the book and keep their attention.

An expansion of this project was creating a website to showcase the products. I kept the design minimal and used a strict grid system, indicative of Dutch design. View the video of the prototype below!
